Generally, delivery to the shipping address takes place within two business days. However, due to the current pandemic situation, delivery speed may be affected.

In-Store Pickup

Pickup times are generally within 2-5 days after placing the order. We will send a confirmation message to you once the goods are ready for pickup. Please do not come before receiving the confirmation message to avoid any misunderstandings. After consultation, please proceed to the location within the specified time for pickup. While we do not offer on-site trials or demonstrations, rest assured that your order is still covered by a 7-day free return and exchange policy for product issues and a 30-day guarantee for defective items.

4. If the recipient refuses to sign for the goods, there is no one available to receive or contact the recipient, resulting in the delivery agent returning the goods to our company, the customer will be responsible for the related delivery costs.
