Return and Order Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best service to our customers, customers can request returns, and returned items will be processed for refund or exchange.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Seven-Day Return Period
We only provide return and exchange services for damaged or wrongly shipped products. If there are quality issues with products ordered by customers caused by Nordeco, we are happy to provide return and exchange services. Within the first 7 days after customers receive the products, we will provide return or exchange services for damaged or wrongly shipped products. We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by third-party transportation and delivery.
Return Procedure
Customers must send us an email with pictures of the damaged products before returning or exchanging. Customers must contact us via nordecohk@gmail.com within the first 7 days of the return period after receiving the products. After reviewing the situation, we will contact you for further resolution. All Nordeco products must be returned in their original packaging, which must be intact and free of any stains, otherwise returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the returned products for eligibility for return.
Return Shipping Fee
The shipping fee for returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer. For returned items lost by the customer, Nordeco will not be liable, so we recommend that customers choose logistics methods with tracking numbers when returning items.
Reasons for Returns
Except for issues related to product quality and problems caused by errors on the part of the Company, we will not consider them as reasonable reasons for returns, and we reserve the right to refuse related return requests. We will not be liable for any losses caused by customers, third-party companies, government agencies, or other reasons.
Refund Procedure
Upon receipt of the returned products, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping fees) and refund it to the customer through the original payment method. The refund process is usually completed within 3-5 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best service to our customers, customers who have placed orders can cancel their orders at any time before payment. However, if the customer has already made payment, the order is in process, the product has entered the production process, or the product has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order due to the nature of the products we sell.

I. Customers realize they do not need the product after ordering it;
II. Customers intend to give gifts, but find out after placing the order that the recipient does not like the product;
III. Customers provide incorrect contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, and delivery addresses, resulting in our inability to contact customers promptly or delivering the goods to the wrong address;
b. Regarding issues caused by third-party errors, including but not limited to the following situations:
I. Damage caused to shipped goods by third-party logistics companies or delivery personnel;
II. Delays in logistics caused by weather conditions or force majeure factors, resulting in the recipient being unable to receive the goods on the specified date or time;
III. Loss of goods by third-party logistics companies or delivery personnel;
c. Regarding issues caused by other reasons, including but not limited to the following situations:
I. The recipient is unable to sign for or refuses to sign for the goods;
II. The recipient does not appear at the specified delivery time or address provided by the customer;
III. The recipient does not like the goods after receiving them;
IV. The customer did not use a promo code (if applicable) when placing the order.
V. Material costs adjust due to supply conditions, resulting in price adjustments for the products.
