Prices stated on this website are in Hong Kong dollars. Unless there is an obvious error, acceptance of your order constitutes your agreement to pay the price displayed on this website. We endeavor to ensure that all prices displayed on this website are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all prices are correct and reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which time you will have the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as a cancellation. When you enter your personal information, payment information and submit your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. This email only confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the order. When we send you an email to confirm that the goods have been shipped, it means that your order has been accepted and your contract with Nordeco has been completed. Only the items listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment are included in the contract. Nordeco reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. The reasons include but are not limited to one of the following:

Delivery and pickup

When you place an order online, you will receive a reminder of the expected delivery time. The Nordeco team will try its best to complete the delivery within the estimated time, but cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the estimated time. Nordeco insures every order during shipping until the item is delivered to you or picked up. When picking up the goods, you will need to sign a product receipt confirmation. After signing, you begin to take responsibility for the goods. If the consignee or pick-up person is not the original purchaser, it means that you accept the signature of the above-mentioned person as proof of delivery and that Nordeco has completed your order and accepts the transfer of related responsibilities. return the goods

Nordeco wants to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we have a free, no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you may return the item for a full refund. i) Customers can return the goods within 14 days after receiving the goods; ii) The returned goods must be in their original condition: that is, unworn/used, in undamaged original brand boxes and bags, and all labels and price tags perfect.
